Personal training sessions run for up to one hour in length.
All personal training and training plans are developed and provided by NGA Certified Personal Trainer Samuel Sokol.

Your Personal Trainer

I am certified as a personal trainer through the National Gym Association (NGA). I am certified in CPR/AED/First Aid through the American Heart Association. I also maintain a membership with Kabuki Strength, a leader in strength training and proper movement mechanics, for continued education.

In the past couple of years I have trained dozens of clients using my belief in explosive high-intensity compound movements with proper movement patterns to achieve results for my clients. I use these techniques because I have personally seen the positive effect they have on strength gain, improved mobility, injury prevention, and improved health.

My clients have ranged from the ages of 11 to 59 with various goals, experience, and limitations. Client's goals have included fat loss, strength gain, and mass gain along with limitations, such as fibromyalgia, hypertension, arthritis, gastric bypass, and back pain. Because of my focus on proper movement patters I have helped every single one of those clients achieve pain-free results.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife Ashley and Australian Cattle Dog Maggie. We enjoy God’s creation by hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors.

I tried the online regiment. I was looking for something new to try since I injured my foot and was unable to run. After responding to some questions Sam was able to put together a plan that worked with my wants, my injured foot and even my limited access to equipment. He frequently checks in to help me stay motivated and even caught me on a week I wanted to skip and encouraged me to keep going. Very helpful.
